Client Services Associate
The Client Service Associate (CSA) role is part of the team that is responsible for providing a broad range of high-quality services to existing and prospective clients.
This role is ideal for someone who:
• Loves building trusted relationships with clients
• Communicates clearly and confidently, both written and verbal
• Is organised, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing things properly
• Has positive energy and keeps things moving without needing a push
We’re not a high-volume operation — we offer thoughtful, high-quality advice and service. We value people who move with purpose and enjoy getting things done.
Experience in financial services or client support is a bonus, but not essential — mindset and capability matter more.
